What is Wag & Whisker Studio?

Wag & Whisker Studio is a small, independently owned online pet shop created for pet parents who want thoughtful, stylish, and practical products for their dogs and cats. We carefully curate our collection with comfort, quality, and everyday pet life in mind.

Where do your products ship from?

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ship products directly to our customers. Because items may ship from different partner locations, some orders may arrive in separate packages.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on the item and fulfillment partner. Most orders are processed as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that shipping delays can occasionally happen due to carrier delays, high order volume, holidays, or factors outside of our control.

Will my items arrive together?

Not always. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where each product is fulfilled from. This helps us get your items to you as efficiently as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order within a short window before it begins processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Do you accept returns?

Because we work with fulfillment partners to ship products directly to you, we’re unable to accept traditional returns at this time.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.

What if I ordered the wrong size, color, or item?

For non-defective items, including size, color, or preference changes, we may not be able to accept returns. However, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help. In some cases, we may be able to offer store credit or a one-time discount toward a replacement order.

To help avoid sizing issues, we recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and item details before placing your order.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and issue. Once we review your request, we’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds may be offered for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items after review. We do not guarantee refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
