Returns, Replacements & Exchanges Policy

At Wag And Whisker Studio, we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are fulfilled through our trusted supplier partners, we do not accept general returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, or change-of-mind purchases.

However, we will gladly help with a replacement, exchange, or resolution if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tailpetstudio@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Replacements & Exchanges

We offer replacements or exchanges only for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Because items are shipped directly from our supplier partners, we may not be able to accept physical returns to our business address. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item to a specific return address provided by our support team. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Accidental orders

  • Items delayed due to carrier or customs processing

  • Sale or discounted items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Please review all product descriptions, sizing details, and order information carefully before placing your order.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order appears to be missing or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at tailpetstudio@gmail.com. We will review the tracking information and work with our supplier or shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we may not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed by our supplier, we may not be able to cancel it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items not due to our error

  • Items without original packaging, where applicable

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a customer in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable exceptions.

To be eligible, the item must generally be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. Please contact us at tailpetstudio@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
