Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1β3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotional sales, holidays, supplier delays, or circumstances outside of our control, fulfillment may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed and fulfilled, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package while it is in transit.
Estimated delivery times are typically 7β30 calendar days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing, supplier location, and other factors outside of our control.
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery may take up to 30 calendar days in some cases.
Dropshipping & Multiple Shipments
Some products may ship directly from our suppliers or fulfillment partners. Because of this, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and may be delivered at different times.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been fulfilled, you may receive a tracking number by email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Tracking information may take several business days to update after a label has been created. In some cases, tracking may show as βlabel created,β βpre-shipment,β or a similar status until the package is scanned by the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays in tracking updates once the package has been transferred to the carrier or fulfillment partner.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees, return fees, or additional shipping costs.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner, delivery is outside of our direct control.
We may assist by reviewing tracking details, contacting the carrier or fulfillment partner when possible, and helping initiate an inquiry. However, we cannot guarantee refunds, replacements, or delivery outcomes for packages delayed, lost, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order will generally be considered delivered.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or misdelivered after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, your local post office, or the shipping carrier directly.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid customs fees.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed.
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Delays Outside Our Control
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, natural disasters, holidays, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.
